SHIPPING / DELIVERY and RETURNS

Shipping Rules
 
1. All orders will be processed timely after payment verification
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.
3. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your references only.
4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
5. If you have not received your shipment within 20 days from payment, please contact us. 
We will track your shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
6. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item form our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
 
Return Policy
 
You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return your item(s) from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
 
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return and your PO# if applicable.
 
We will refund your full amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, or you may choose to have a replacement.
 
We will bear all shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Flirt & Flutter Staff will ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 2-3 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order.

We use the United States Postal Service or UPS for ALL of our shipments.

You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

 

Flirt & Flutter cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

 

For US orders placed online store pickup is NOT an option. We currently do not offer a will-call option at this time, but may in the future.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do ship internationally. International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
